The portability of a phone number to Hivoox may take 7 to 15 business days, in some cases, this may take up to 21 days. During this period, you will still receive your calls as usual in your current line. Conditions for the portability of the Costa Rica phone number
1- Documents required for the portability of the Costa Rica phone number:
1.1- Complete and send by email the form received after placing an order.
1.2- Copy of your CNI or Passport. If it is a company, please add copy of business registration.
1.3- Copy your last invoice with the current service provider.
The invoice must include the Costa Rica phone number you wish porting.
1.4- We reserve the right to ask you for additional information if necessary.
2- After portability, the monthly cost of the service is equal to the cost of the Costa Rica virtual number on our website. Each user is responsible for verifying this cost before asking for the portability of its Costa Rica phone number. By requesting the portability of its Costa Rica phone number, the customer subscribes the Costa Rica virtual number to receive calls by Internet. To receive calls, the customer must have a sip device (PC, Smartphone, tablet, IP Phone, IP PBX etc.) connected to ADSL, WiFi, 3G, 4G etc. The customer can also receive calls on his fixed or mobile phone, with the forwarding function. In this case, each call returned will be billed according to the rates in effect at Hivoox.
3-Unsubscribe and refund
3.1-The Costa Rica virtual number is valid for 30 days and automatically renews each month on the same date. If you see high on 05, your next billing would be 05 the following month. To unsubscribe, simply send us an email and request to cancel the service. Note that you must request the closure of your account, prior to the billing date and have no outstanding bill.
